You receive a proposal for a warehousing solution, picking and packing flow, and shipping tailored to your e-commerce business.
3. Onboarding & Integration
We agree on how orders will reach us – via your platform or another agreed-upon flow – and prepare warehouse locations.
4. Goods Inbound
Goods are received, checked against the delivery note, and registered to the correct warehouse location before becoming available for picking.
5. Daily Order Processing
Orders are picked, packed, and handed over to the courier according to agreed routines and cut-off times.
6. Returns & Follow-up
Returns are received and assessed, and we continuously review the flow to ensure the setup keeps pace with your growth.
