What's included in fulfilment?
Fulfilment is generally used as an umbrella term for everything that happens after the 'buy' button is clicked: orders are received, items are picked from their storage location, packed in suitable packaging, given a shipping label, and handed over to the courier. Returns and credits also fall under this.
Returns Management
Returns are received, inspected, and restocked as sellable inventory when the item is in a resalable condition. Items that cannot be resold are handled according to the instructions we agree upon.

What's the difference between 3PL and fulfilment?
3PL describes the relationship – a third party managing logistics. Fulfilment describes the work itself, i.e., the entire order flow from incoming order to dispatched parcel. In practice, the terms are often used interchangeably.
Can you handle order peaks?
We plan campaigns and seasonal peaks together in advance. The earlier we know a peak is approaching, the better we can prepare staffing and material requirements.
