From Shopify order to dispatched parcel
The process begins with orders from your store being made available to the warehouse, continues with picking and packing, and concludes with the consignment being handed over to the shipping company, and tracking information being returned to the order.
Exactly how the connection is set up depends on how your store is configured and which services you use. We will review this during onboarding to ensure the flow is stable before your order volume increases.
Prepare your store
- Ensure each product variant has a unique Stock Keeping Unit (SKU).
- Add weight and, if possible, dimensions for products – this affects shipping options.
- Remove any items no longer for sale before the move.
- Decide how you want packing slips, inserts, and packaging to look.

We will review the most suitable connection for your store when preparing your quote. We prefer not to list pre-made integrations prematurely, rather than promising something that doesn't fit your specific setup.
Can I keep my own packaging?
You are welcome to use your own packaging and inserts. We will assess material usage and storage requirements for these materials within your customised solution.
